Dominic Fohrenkam motioned to approve minutes with correction, 2^nd Kathy Terrones – All approved

Treasurer- Yvonne Malikowski: Beginning balance of LLAP $309.69 Total Friends $383.47 No change as of this month

Dominic Fohrenkam motioned to accept treasurer’s report, 2^nd Bob Mahaffey _ – All approved

Old Business: Phase II is on target, nothing has changed.

New business: County is supposed to be sending the Board an update on the finances

Committee reports:

· Publicity: The web page has been updated. The address is http://www.lakelapark.org.

· Friends of the Park: Bob Mahaffey- picked up 63 signatures for Friends of the Park: 22 adults and 41 kids. Bob will be contacting new members for ideas for fundraising.

· Fund raiser Committee: Dominic Fohrenkam

· Bylaws Committee: Kathy Terrones- Kathy presented the Bylaws and there was a spirited discussion about them with many corrections, additions, and deletions. Check the web page for the most current copy.

· County reports- Carol Helferich

· Election committee- Bob Mahaffey – Bob has received 3 applications: Dominic Fohrenkam, Robin Nute, Terry Stanley. The last day to receive is Nov. 2, 2005, Nov. 16 is the election
