M. Hanna handed out minutes of 11-10-05:

Bob Mahaffey motioned to approve minutes with correction, 2nd John Jones- All approved

Treasurer- Yvonne Malikowski: LLAPA balance $309.69; Friends $366.47 Total $676.16 (No changes) Dominic Fohrenkam motioned to accept treasurer’s report, 2nd John Jones – All approved

 Robin reported:

Talked to county for land allocated for Skate Park.  Adrian Garcia didn’t have any problem with the allocation. We are interested in a permanent Skate Park, not a portable one. We are actively looking for corporate sponsorship

Dominic Fohrenkam motioned that Mary Hanna write a letter representing the board for recommendation for Carol becoming a permanent director of the park, Bob Mahaffey seconded. All approved.

Santa will arrive at the park Dec. 18, 2005 at 2:00PM

·        Bylaws Committee: Kathy Terrones. The bylaws were reviewed and corrections were added. Dominic Fohrenkam made a motion to accept the final draft with correction of the bylaws to be presented to the general membership for approval on January 26 at Vista San Gabriel. Bob Mahaffey seconded all approved.
