For those purchasing the 4x6 Event Banner & Social Media Promotion, please note:
Vendor Created: To ensure your brand looks exactly how you want it, vendors are responsible for providing their own print-ready artwork.
Submission: Once you’ve purchased your permit/marketing package on our Square Site, please email your high-resolution artwork or business card file to Lakelapark@lakelapark.org.
Format: We recommend high-resolution JPG or PDF files for the best print quality on the 4x6 banners.

Important Deadlines: All paperwork, including your COI and donation receipt, must be submitted and verified by March 12, 2026. Please email these documents early and directly to lakelapark@lakelapark.org.

To ensure your spot at the 2026 Lake LA Community Carnival, please complete the following steps by March 12, 2026:
[ ] Submit Application: Complete the Vendor Application Form.
[ ] Review Logistics: Review the Carnival Schedule and the 2026 Plot Map.
[ ] Process Donation/Fees: Pay any applicable donation or registration fees via the LLAPA Square Site (Non-profits are free).
[ ] Obtain Insurance (COI): Contact your provider to get a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets LA County Sample Requirements.
Note: Ensure both the County of Los Angeles and Lake Los Angeles Parks & Conservation are named as additional insured.
[ ] Submit Artwork (Sponsors Only): Email high-resolution JPG or PDF artwork for your 4x6 banner to lakelapark@lakelapark.org.
[ ] Final Documentation: Email your COI and your Square donation receipt to lakelapark@lakelapark.org for verification.
